白介素-1 alpha （Interleukin-1 alpha，IL-1a）是一種在多種細(xì)胞中廣泛表達(dá)的組成型蛋白，屬于IL-1家族。它是一種關(guān)鍵的前炎癥細(xì)胞因子，參與了多種生理和病理過程，包括免疫反應(yīng)、炎癥反應(yīng)和組織損傷后的修復(fù)[1]。IL-1α在健康狀態(tài)下幾乎存在于所有細(xì)胞類型中，但在壞死細(xì)胞死亡時作為生物活性介質(zhì)被釋放出來。IL-1α與IL-1β共享同一受體，通過與IL-1受體1（IL-1R1）結(jié)合，誘導(dǎo)產(chǎn)生炎癥反應(yīng)[2-3]。
